This client was downsizing from a large, single-family home, to a much smaller high-rise apartment. He wanted the space to be comfortable and contemporary. A calm retreat from his hectic, daily lifestyle. He is a former bicycle enthusiast and racer, and had the 2 pieces of art over the sofa commissioned. Hence, the space was designed around those 2, VERY important pieces of art.
